Tel Mithryn is a Telvanni tower in southeastern Solstheim, located east of Fort Frostmoth and south of the Sun Stone. It was grown near the beginning of the Fourth Era out of special fungal spores and the sections include the main tower, the apothecary, the kitchen, and the steward's house.

- Briarheart Necropsy: Examine a Briarheart for Neloth.
- A New Debt: Help Drovas Relvi with his debt to Mogrul.
The following quest becomes available on completing Experimental Subject and requires Destruction 40.
- Wind and Sand: Retrieve a copy of Wind and Sand for Neloth.
The following quest becomes available on completing Briarheart Necropsy.
- Old Friends: Find the source of attacks on Tel Mithryn.
The following quest becomes available on completing The Fate of the Skaal.
- The Path of Knowledge: Discover the locations of the Black Books in order to stop Miraak.
The following quest becomes available on completing The Gardener of Men.
- Lost Knowledge: Retrieve the Black Books for Neloth.
The second half of this quest becomes available after completing the main Dragonborn quest line as well as Azra's Staffs.
- Experimental Subject (B): Help Neloth by being a test subject in his experiment.
