Winterhold Imperial Camp is an Imperial camp southeast of Dawnstar and north of Driftshade Refuge.
The camp is normally commanded by Legate Sevan Telendas except during the related quest at which point Legate Rikke will assume command.

Winterhold Imperial Camp
It is a typical Imperial camp consisting of a central campfire with a cooking spit hanging over it, around which the rest of the camp is arranged. Several soldiers are sleeping, other sit by the fire and more patrol around the camp and surrounding area.
To the south, in a row are the commanders sleeping quarters, command tent and hospital tent. Inside the sleeping quarters is a single owned bed with an end table beside it and an unlocked chest at the foot of the bed. The command tent contains a table covered with a tactical map of Skyrim showing the progress, if any of the civil war and an end table. This is where the commander spends most of their time studying the map. The hospital tent, where the sick and injured are treated contains six bed rolls, two of them occupied. Outside this tent is an alchemy lab, a low table with a random potion of health and two random potions of healing on top and an unlocked chest containing various items to treat the sick including samples of cure poison, cure disease, various potions, and leather strips, saw, etc. Beside the tent are a few barrels.
West of the campfire are two rows of three small tents containing unowned bed rolls. Northwest of the fire is where the Imperial quartermaster works, in front of his tent. His work station consisting of an anvil, workbench and grindstone, with a selection of iron and steel weapons and armor on display on a table in front and inside his tent. All of these items are owned, but none of them are included is his merchandise. He will buy and sell weapons, armor, ores and ingots. North of the fire two horses are picketed. There is a wood chopping block near the fire and a snowberry bush near the small tents.
Anytime Winterhold is controlled by the Imperials this camp will no longer be present. As long as you haven't completed Joining the Stormcloaks you are free to sleep in the small tents and buy and sell with the quartermaster.
Notes
- One moonstone ore vein is located 300 ft southwest of the camp, on top of the mountain peak.
