This page lists various unique items available in the Dragonborn add-on. A unique item is an item that fits the following description:
- Typically can be acquired only once or a few times in a playthrough
- Generally found only in fixed locations or as a reward from a specific quest, unlike most equipment in the game which is generic and randomly generated
- Is not of significant historical impact on the lore
Only some of these items can be improved through smithing, and improving enchanted items requires the Arcane Blacksmith perk in cases where the item can be improved at all.
For unique items in the base game, see this article.

The Glass Bow of the Stag Prince is a glass bow wielded by Falas Selvayn, who can only be found at the Ramshackle Trading Post between the hours of 12am and 6am. It is identical to a normal glass bow, but it deals one more damage. Its enchantment bestows the Blessing of the Stag Prince while the bow is equipped, which increases your health and stamina by 5 points for every 20 animals killed by the bow, maxing out at 25 points after killing 80 animals.
This bow is relatively difficult to obtain. Falas does not sell it, nor can you obtain it by killing him, as he is marked as essential. If you have the Misdirection perk, you can pickpocket it from him. If you lack the perk, reverse pickpocketing a melee weapon or a higher quality bow onto him and then getting him to enter combat (attacking and drawing the nearby spriggan towards him works) will cause him to unequip the bow, allowing it to be bought from him or pickpocketed normally.

Saden's Journal sheds some light on how Horksbane was created. In life, Saden was a member of the Blood Horkers pirate gang. Their leader, Haldyn, ordered Saden and some other pirates to scout out islands that could be used for an outpost. When the arrived on Horker Island, several of Saden's crew members were set upon by the horkers living there and killed. The sight of his crew members being slaughtered made Saden so angry that his anger coursed into the steel mace he was holding, creating Horksbane.
