Notes
- All players can cast the Healing spell from the start of the game.
- Most foods will restore health; some by only a point or two, but carrying a good supply of high-health foods can be a useful element in your health restoration repertoire. Some player-cooked-foods and special foods, or foods used along with certain perks, can not only restore health, but also regenerate health over sustained periods.
