The Spiced Wine

Evette San is a food vendor who is famous for her Spiced Wine. You can find her in her market stall in Solitude during the day. She may ask you "You wouldn't have a few minutes to run down to the docks would you?" If you are willing to help her, she will tell you "I've got a shipment of Spices the East Empire Company is holding up. I need someone to convince them to release it."

Get out of the city and follow the road down to the harbor area. You can find Vittoria Vici near the East Empire Company Warehouse during the day. Talk to her about Evette's shipment. She will only tell you "Ah yes. If she wants to pay the two thousand gold tariff than we'll be all set." At this point, you can try to persuade or bribe her. You can also choose to pay the 2000 gold for her shipment.

Return to Evette with the good news and she will be very happy. "Thank you so much. I swear it's a fight with them every shipment." Then she will give you two bottles of Spiced Wine for your troubles. You can also take more drinks from her stall freely.

• If the Dark Brotherhood quest Bound Until Death is started, this quest will become unavailable.
