Frost Breath is a dragon shout that deals frost damage to enemies.
Dragonborn FrostDB
After completing the quest inside the Black Book Epistolary Acumen there are three abilities to choose from. One of them, Dragonborn Frost, encases enemies in an ice block (wherein they can be attacked and the ice will not break, but the enemy encased in ice will take less damage) for 15 seconds, turning the shout into a variation of Ice Form.

Notes
- The second and third word of this shout make it increasingly less efficient when it comes to damage per second (dps) for each second of cool down. The first word alone does 1.6 dps per second of cool down, while the second word and third word only do 1.4 and 0.9 dps per second of cool down, respectively.
