Morphs
	32px	Thundering Presence Ability now scales off Weapon Damage and Max Stamina. Grants Major Expedition, increasing movement speed. Deals additional damage when first activated.

Notes Magicka/Stamina Cost is based on a character of Level 4. Each additional level increases the Magicka/Stamina Cost by 10% of this value. Damage values are based on Max Magicka/Stamina 1000, Weapon/Spell Damage 0.

Lightning Form: Manifest yourself as lightning to gain Major Resolve and Major Ward, increasing Armor and Spell Resistance by 80 for 15 seconds. While active, nearby enemies will take [9 / 10 / 11 / 12] Shock Damage each second.
Thundering Presence: Cost: ^(?) Stamina
Manifest yourself as lightning to gain Major Resolve and Major Ward, increasing Armor and Spell Resistance by 80 for 15 seconds. While active, nearby enemies will take 12 Shock Damage each second. For the first [2.5 / 3 / 3.5 / 4] seconds after activation, deals an additional 200% bonus damage and you gain Major Expedition, increasing movement speed by 40%.
Boundless Storm: Manifest yourself as lightning to gain Major Resolve and Major Ward, increasing Armor and Spell Resistance by 80 for 15 seconds. Also grants Major Expedition, increasing your Movement Speed 40% for [6 / 6.5 / 7 / 7.5] seconds. While active, nearby enemies will take 12 Shock Damage each second.

Lightning Form causes the caster to transform into physical lightning, protecting you from damage and causing Shock Damage to any enemies that come near.

Notes

• When using either morph for its increased movement speed (and not for offensive purposes), be careful around neutral enemies, as being hit by this ability will cause them to become hostile. If you were wearing a disguise, it will blow your cover as well.
