Vlarimil Orius is an Imperial noble, and a guest of Countess Alessia Caro.
As soon as Sanguine tells you about "another excruciating dinner party" being held at Castle Leyawiin, Vlarimil will turn up in the county hall, eating around the clock. If you cast Stark Reality successfully, Vlarimil will run around naked and panicking until you finish the quest by talking to Sanguine. He will then disappear from the game.
Vlarimil wears a set of upper class clothing: a green brocade doublet, a green silk garment, a piece of jewerly and a pair of green velvet shoes. He carries a bread loaf, an apple and a large amount of gold.
