Felvan Ienith is a Dunmer rogue. He is one of three people in the Vacant Manor who believe a war is about to break out in Mournhold. In his effort to become a warlord, Ienith asks for Elanande's robe and axe. He will pay quite well for them. Ienith wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. He carries a steel battle axe. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
