The Sultry Maiden is the third piece from Pelagius' past created after using the Wabbajack on the terrors during Pelagius' Night Terrors. The third time you use the Wabbajack on Pelagius, a hagraven will appear which, upon another use of the Wabbajack, will be turned into one of Pelagius' sultry maidens from his early days.

Bugs
- The Sultry Maiden in the Night Terrors scene features a male voice. This only happens if she speaks to you as you get close to her, as you are unable to activate a dialogue.
- PC Only This bug is fixed by version 2.0.0 of the Unofficial Skyrim Patch.
