Enchanting description: Targets won't flee for <dur> seconds and get extra health and stamina.
Rally (a.k.a. Courage) increases the target's Confidence (willingness to attack), making them less likely to flee from combat. Fleeing NPCs will stop running and return to combat. In addition, Rally and Courage spells fortify the target's Health and Stamina. These are implemented through additional effects included in the spell, rather than being an integral part of the actual Rally effect.

Notes
- The various Frenzy spells include a secondary Rally effect
- Non-hostile wildlife such as deer will attack the player and his or her allies while under the effects of Rally. Some non-hostile NPCS will also attack the player if under the effects of Rally (These are extremely rare however)
