This page lists all the Trophy Vaults in Elder Scrolls Online. These locations are found only within the Imperial City and are associated with a specific trophy. These trophies have a chance to drop from all enemies in the districts and sewers areas, but only Patrolling Horrors are guaranteed to drop one. Sixty of the related trophy is needed to open a vault, which will give you access to a valuable treasure chest containing 
16 equipment and jewelry, and Tel Var Stones.
This page also lists the two trophy vaults found in White-Gold Tower and Imperial City Prison. These vaults require 150 of the related item, which only drops from bosses in the Veteran versions of those dungeons.
