Spectre's Eye is one of the craftable sets providing special bonuses to armor and weapons. It is available for crafting to players pursuing blacksmithing, clothing and/or woodworking professions. The special crafting site dedicated to creation of this set is available in Coldharbour. Completion of the main quest line is not required, as both crafting sites in Coldharbour can be accessed as soon as you gain access to the zone.
To craft an item for this set, a crafter must first complete research on eight traits for this particular item at a corresponding crafting station.
Bonuses
2 Items: Adds 45-1687 (item level dependent) Physical Resistance.
3 Items: Adds 22-843 (item level dependent) Maximum Magicka.
4 Items: Adds 24-928 (item level dependent) Maximum Health.
5 Items: (Spectre's Eye) Gain Major Evasion for 3 seconds after casting a spell that costs Magicka. This effect can apply once every 6 seconds. Major Evasion increases Dodge chance by 20%.
