I've discovered where Grandmaster Omin Dres' son is being held captive. The Vanguard is holding his son, Sen, in the tombs west of Kragenmoor.

Detailed Walkthrough

Find the tunnel to the tomb off the western exit to Kragenmoor. The tomb entrance is just up the way. Enter the tomb and fight your way around to the top, where Sen Dres is sitting outside of his cage. Sometimes, he will not be there. If this is the case, log out of your game and log back in. Next, you need to follow him out of the tomb (he knows a shortcut) and back to the Grandmaster's Chamber to talk to Omin Dres.

Bugs

• Sen Dres may not appear next to the cage. ^?
  • To fix this, log out of the game, and then log back in.
• After saving Sen Dres, if you recall to a wayshrine, he may not be outside the tombs. ^?
  • Reloading the User Interface (/reloadui) can fix this.

Notes
