- The Skull-Brethren of Riften dress like barbarians from the Reach, but that's just their gang colors. Most of them are local Nords, with a smattering of riff-raff from across the continent.
A door to the Riften Outlaws Refuge
Riften Outlaws Refuge is an outlaws refuge beneath Riften. The refuge can be entered through a trapdoor found behind the Artisan's Hall smithy. Another entrance is located on the outskirts, to the northwest of the city, behind Lake-Heart House. The refuge is the home to the Skull-Brethren gang.
A note, The Ghost is Our Friend, addressed to the refuge dwellers, sheds some light on the presence of Forlorn Farela in the hideout. A letter addressed to Skull-Brother Xandier can be found at his booth.
