Pirharri the Smuggler is a Khajiit fence and assistant. Unlike other fences, she charges a Smuggler's Fee of 35% for availing of her services. She sneaks constantly when following a player.
You will receive her at the conclusion of the Thieves Guild storyline after completing the quest The One That Got Away. Although she can be seen following other players, you cannot avail of her services like other assistants unless you summon her yourself.
Dialogue
When spoken to, she may say any of the following:
