Nightwood can be found in the last three Cadwell's Gold zones, i.e. zones ranked 8, 9 and 10, as well as in Craglorn. Twisted logs with glowing blue streaks can be harvested for three to four samples of the raw material, Rough Nightwood. Once ten samples of rough wood are collected, they can be refined into seven to ten pieces of the refined material, Sanded Nightwood. Refined nightwood pieces are used for creating nightwood staves and bows, as well as nightwood shields, at any woodworking station. In order for you to craft nightwood gear your Woodworking ability has to be rank 9.
