Cerul Arnem

Cerul Arnem is a Dunmer mage who runs his eponymous store in the center of Port Telvannis. He sells a limited range of Restore Magicka potions and a large range of spells, but is having difficulty selling anything at all because of a loud buzzing sound that is distracting him.

Arnem has a long-standing rivalry with another local enchanter, Turosi Salvel, although the latter has recently given him a gift in an effort to stop the feud.
