Yasammidan is a shrine to Mehrunes Dagon far west of Ald Velothi.
Outside, the shrine is guarded by three random Daedric enemies (usually, Clannfears, Golden Saints, or Dremora Lords).
Inside, you will find three more random Daedric enemies (usually dremora lords and daedroth), one Dunmer guard near the entrance, and one other guard at the actual shrine. The ruby on the altar is cursed. You will be given a quest by Mehrunes Dagon if you activate his shrine.

- Just north of Yasammidan is an Unmarked Shipwreck.
