Talmeni Drethan is a Dunmer shipmaster whose open-air boat, the Omenwedur, docked in Khuul will provide transport to Dagon Fel or Gnaar Mok for a small fee. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows no spells. If you have completed the Thelsa Dral the Witch quest for the Imperial Cult, be sure to mention it to her, several times in fact. This will increase her Disposition and give you lower prices.
