Shishara is a remote Velothi tower that can be found in the Ashlands.
There is nothing particularly noteworthy here: a few enemies, barely armed or armored, and two dead rats that seem out of place. The loot here consists of books. If you belong to House Telvanni, the inhabitants are not hostile, and you can find bed and shelter.
