Relur Faryon

Relur Faryon is a Dunmer commoner wandering in the Canalworks section of Vivec's Hlaalu canton. He is wearing a common shirt with matching pants and shoes and is carrying three pieces of gold. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.

He is one of the sleepers under the influence of Dagoth Hlevul in Assemanu cave.
