Herd (also known as Herd the Pirate and Herd the Bandit) is a Nord barbarian and the leader of the gang of bandits-turned-pirates. He has made Sinsibadon his hideaway, a place right between Ald Sotha and Bal Fell, "two of the nastiest holes in Vvardenfell, but convenient by boat to both Ebonheart and Vivec." The appalling neighbors keep traffic down, but as long as he and his gang leave the Daedra worshippers alone, they feel they're safe enough.
He wears a netch leather cuirass with matching greaves and boots, Nordic fur bracers, and common pants. He carries a steel axe and up to 20 drakes. Aside from his natural resistance to shock, immunity to frost, ability to shield himself, and a natural frost damage spell, he knows no spells.
