Frelene Acques is a Breton healer imprisoned in the Hlaalu Prison Cells in Vivec's Hlaalu Canton.
Percius Mercius at the Fighters Guild in Ald'ruhn will ask you to free Frelene Acques before he sends some men to guard your Stronghold. Several keys in the prison will open the cell.
