Faulgor is a Bosmer agent and a House Cousin for House Hlaalu. He is located in Yngling Manor in Vivec's St. Olms Canton.

Faulgor offers medium training to ranking members of House Hlaalu in Sneak, Light Armor, and Acrobatics.

He is wearing a boiled netch leather cuirass and netch leather boots, a common shirt and pants, and wields a dire flameblade. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
