Quick Walkthrough

Talk to Tharer Rotheloth at the Temple in Molag Mar for your duties.
Travel to Tel Mora to cure Lette.
Find Lette wandering outside just north of Tel Mora and cure her with a potion or spell.
Return to Tharer to complete the quest.

Detailed Walkthrough

Duties

Tharer Rotheloth in the Molag Mar Tribunal Temple asks you to cure a villager in Tel Mora called Lette, who has swamp fever and has nowhere to go to be healed. You will need either a Potion of Cure Common Disease or a Cure Common Disease type spell or scroll.

Cure Lette

The quickest route to Tel Mora is to grab a boat from Molag Mar to Tel Branora, Sadrith Mora, and finally Tel Mora. Lette can be found wandering outside just north of Tel Mora.

If you cure Lette with a spell or scroll you will gain +25 Disposition with her. If you give her a potion, it will be +20. Note that home-brew potions will not work. You must purchase or find an existing Potion of Cure Common Disease.

Return to Tharer once you cure Lette for a reward of 2920, Rain's Hand (a Restoration skill book) and a Disposition boost.

Bugs

If Lette is dead before you get this quest, you are not supposed to get the -20 disposition to Tharer Rotheloth for killing her, but the conditions are out of order.
