This Ancestor Guardian occupies an otherwise abandoned tenement on the Waistworks level of Vivec's St. Delyn Canton. It appears based on the ID that it was intended to be involved in some quest for the Fighters Guild, but whatever this was, it has since been removed, leaving just a somewhat-more-powerful-than-usual Ancestor Ghost with a different name haunting this small residence.
Although the melee attacks of the guardian are more powerful than other ancestor ghosts, it does not possess the usual attack spell.
