The {{Lore Link|Nibenay Valley}} is a region in eastern {{Lore Link|Cyrodiil}} centered around the {{Lore Link|River Niben}}. At the southern end of the region lies {{Lore Link|Niben Bay}}, while to the north, the region extends into the {{Lore Link|Heartlands}} around {{Lore Link|Lake Rumare}}. South of the region lies the dark and brooding {{Lore Link|Blackwood}}; in the west, the {{Lore Link|West Weald}} and {{Lore Link|Elsweyr}}; to the east, the {{Lore Link|Nibenay Basin}}; and to the northwest, the {{Lore Link|Great Forest}}. Running from north to south are the Green Road in the west and the Yellow Road in the east. The city of {{Lore Link|Bravil}} lies in the western portion of the region.
{{Lore Link|Bergamot}} grows particularly densely around Bravil, as does {{Lore Link|Mandrake}} and {{Lore Link|Nightshade}}. The eastern bank of the {{Lore Link|Niben River}} is thick with {{Lore Link|Foxglove}}, {{Lore Link|Monkshood}}, and {{Lore Link|Summer Bolete}}. Many other plants thrive in the region, including {{Lore Link|Nirnroot}}.
