I think the "personal" quests might be sort of "weaved" in the story line. What I mean is, technically they are not side quests/personal quests as I first thought.

A lot of Thieves Guild DLC information is now available on UESP so I'm looking for other things to do and decided to add chunks of missing images to the pages of AD... places, npcs, and quests. A lot of Thieves Guild DLC information is now available on UESP so I'm looking for other things to do and decided to add chunks of missing images to the pages of AD... places, npcs, and quests.
