Carfinwen is an Altmer worker at the docks of Mathiisen. Like many in town, she is a fairly recent immigrant in search of employment: "Just got in from Silsailen, needed a new line of work. Pay's lousy. And I have to work with furballs and shorties. But at least it's something."
After the Veiled Heritance is revealed in town, she complains, "First Silsailen, now here! Is anyplace in Auridon safe?"
