Gahvan Isle is the fourth largest of the Telvanni Isles, but more important than the slightly larger Isle of Arches or Balvvarden Isle due to the presence of the town of Gah Sadrith. It is the southernmost island in the region.
The island is generally higher at its northwestern end, where Gah Sadrith is situated, and slopes gently down in the southeast. Outside town, there are no structures on the island, but the land is flat and suitable for building should expansion be necessary.
