Three Silver-Blood Mercenaries can be found at Sanuarach Mine in Kathwasten. When you first enter the town, you'll find that the townsfolk are in disagreement with the mercenaries, who were sent by the Silver-Blood family in Markarth to seize the mine, and are not allowing them to work there. When you approach the mine, they'll try to stop you, saying: "We're in control of this mine. No sudden moves." You can choose to side with the leader of the mercenary band, Atar, or to help the townsfolk during the related quest. After the quest, they will leave the mine and only say: "Time to find another job."
