Skyrim:Refugee

Three refugee corpses can be found on the second road directly north of Fort Kastav, along with a dead horse and a snow-covered wagon. Their belongings can be found strewn on the snow around the wagon. Amongst them are a copy of the Enchanting skill book Enchanter's Primer, an apothecary's satchel, a coin purse, and various food items.

One of two male refugees

The three refugees are all Nord farmers. Each of the refugees wears randomly determined farm clothes (7 variations) or a belted tunic, a pair of boots (4 variations), with a 50% chance for a hat (3 variations). Additionally there is a slim chance they may carry a lockpick and a small amount of gold.

Beside one of the male refugees, there is a leveled battleaxe.
