Mushroom Tree Saplings are a young form of the giant mushroom trees which grow throughout the Isles. There are two different versions of the plant:
- The Dementia version is beige, and yields Black Tar when harvested
- The Mania version is green and yellow, and yields Unrefined Greenmote when harvested
