This template is a wrapper for {{Notice}} to enforce consistent style on widely used messages.

Parameters

Message

align	optional	How to align the text. (Defaults to left.)
border-width	optional	Border width, in pixels. (Default to 1 pixel.)
color	optional	The site-standard color to use. Possible options are: red, pink, blue, cyan, green, yellow, and white. (Defaults to white.)
