Norgred and his wife

I met a confused Nord named Norgred on the road outside of Quarantine Serk. He said he was escorting a witch. Apparently, she turned on him and stole a valuable axe. He's anxious to get it back.

Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Norgred Hardhelm.
2. Find the witch.
3. Find the axe.
4. Find Norgred's pants.
5. Return the axe to Norgred.
