The Ra-Netu are awakened

The Sentinel Docks have been overrun with undead and the guards don't appear to be doing anything in response. I told Captain Marck I would try to find out what's going on.

Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Captain Marck.
2. Investigate the docks.
3. Rescue the missing watchmen.
4. Find the dockmaster.
5. Locate and disrupt the necromancers' ritual.
6. Report to Watch Captain Zafira.
