Priest Zakhal is a Redguard priest of Mara. He can be found in the Mages Guild hall in Riften praying.
He mourns death of his dear cousin and acolyte Flavia who vanished when Sinmur attacked Riften. When approached during related quest he says: "Mara watched over us all. Everything happens according to her plan, though we often don't see it".
