Mulabzag is a seemingly drunk Khajiit celebrant found in Skywatch by the Market-Side Meadery.
When you speak to him, he will say one of several generic lines of dialogue:
- "This one does not care what his sister says. Tonight: this one and a bottle of Two-Moon Cordial. It's a date."
- "You will excuse this one. Still sore from unloading the carts."
- "You have tried the Goat Nibbles? This one thinks they're baaaad."
- "The blades forged in the crafting tents of Skywatch may be the finest this one has ever seen."
