Minique is an Altmer resident of Phaer on Auridon. She can be found tending to the town center's greenery, and will freely speak her mind when approached: "This plague is a scourge from the mongrels, I just know it. They're nothing but reservoirs of disease and mange." If you are a Khajiit, she doesn't want you near her: "Get away from me, cat. I don't know what sort of disease lives in your fur, and I don't want to find out."
