The Hallin's Stand Mages Guild
The Mages Guild in Hallin's Stand is a guildhall located in the north of the city housing the Hallin's Stand branch of the Mages Guild. It is a two-story Redguard-style building with an accessible balcony. Several guild members spend most of the time on the ground floor. The magister's stand is immediately on the right from the entrance. There can be a leveled staff here, free to take. A Welkynd Stone on the stand is not usable. If you are collecting alchemical or provisioning ingredients, make sure to check cupboards on the walls. Up the stairs is a small room with a bed and a bookshelf. Javerien Rambouze comes up here from time to time to consult some tomes. A skill book on Bow, An Archer's Archive can be read here. The door on the second floor leads to a balcony. Jayeed spends all his time here. A tandoor on the right can be used for cooking.
While Hallin's Stand is under Imperial control, the guild is accessible and all services are available.
