Call down a flaming battle standard that deals 37 Flame Damage each second to nearby enemies and afflicts them with Major Defile, which reduces the effectiveness of healing on them by 30%. While the standard is up, an ally can activate Shackle to deal 220 Flame Damage and immobilize enemies in range.
Shifting Standard: Call down a flaming battle standard that deals [37 / 38 / 40 / 41] Flame Damage each second to nearby enemies and afflicts them with Major Defile, which reduces the effectiveness of healing on them by 30%. Call the standard again to move it to a new location. While the standard is up, an ally can activate Shackle to deal 220 Flame Damage and immobilize enemies in range.
Standard of Might: Call down a flaming battle standard that deals 37 Flame Damage each second to nearby enemies and afflicts them with Major Defile, which reduces the effectiveness of healing on them by 30%. The standard also increases your damage by [17 / 18 / 19 / 20]% and reduces damage dealt to you by [17 / 18 / 19 / 20]%. While the standard is up, an ally can activate Shackle to deal 220 Flame Damage and immobilize enemies in range.

Dragonknight Standard deals fire damage over time and reduces effectiveness of healing on enemies within its radius.
