Vero Renim is a Dunmer mage and the clerk to the Parliament of Bugs in the Telvanni Council House, Port Telvannis. He is scarcely tolerant even of high-ranking House Telvanni members, so non-members had better be ready for his withering scorn. It is Vero Renim who enrolls new applicants into the Mainland branch of House Telvanni, and it is also he who passes requests to the Parliament, and delivers their verdicts.
