Tel Thenim is a huge Telvanni tower dominating Port Telvannis.
It consists out of three different 'floors', the Lower Tower, Upper Tower and the Grandmaster's Chambers. The archmagister of the Great House Telvanni lives here, Rilvin Dral. It also houses a lot of other mighty wizards and some of them are involved in an intrigue in Port Telvannis. Although the Archmagister has quarters here, most important decisions are made in the Telvanni Council House.
The Lower Tower consists of two halls and a small dining room, which can all be reached without levitation. The Upper Tower is a bit more extensive, with four bedrooms and two central halls. You only need levitation to get to the higher part of this cell. The grandmaster's chambers are located in the highest part of the tower, which house Rilvin Dral.
The tower has a large amount of magical services; there are two alchemists, two spellmakers, a spell merchant, and an enchanter within the Lower Tower and the Upper Tower.
For treasure, you need to travel to the grandmaster's chambers. Rilvin Dral carries a Daedric saber, and an ebony wakizashi lies next to him on a table. As no one owns it, you can pick it up without punishment.
