The TR Testing Cell is the place where all the books, armor pieces, containers, enemies, guards and weapons are tested before they are released to the public. It contains a crate with all the new armor, books, weapons, clothing, ingredients and 'junk' that is released with the mod. There are many places to visit here, but after you traveled through a gate, you encounter all the new enemies from Tamriel Rebuilt, so be prepared. The cell is modeled after two cantons of the great city Mournhold.
