Otori is a small cave in the hills between Helnim and the Telvanni Library.
It contains five low-level bandits as well as some creatures and Daedra. The loot consists of a few potions, scrolls, apparatus, and the skill book A Game at Dinner, as well as some skooma and moon sugar. Demetrius Muntian offers minor training in Long Blade, Block, and Medium Armor if you can calm him down.
