Bren Galdis is a Dunmer trader who runs a general store in the heart of Port Telvannis. He doesn't sell anything particularly useful, but his willingness to buy almost anything makes him a useful person for disposing of loot.
Galdis is a good friend of Dunel Varys, and will refuse to deal with you should you kill Varys' pet rat.
