Bradasou Rethre is a Dunmer miner who works at the Nethre-Pulu Egg Mine. Just not very hard, and that's causing a problem.
The manager of the mine has become so cross at the poor performance of the mine workers that he has cut off their supply of drink. Bradasou, at least, is not going to put up with this.
