Ulyne Henim is a Dunmer witchhunter, Journeyman of the Fighters Guild and Buoyant Armiger. She is waiting for you outside of Vas, a Velothi tower on an island west of Dagon Fel.
As Ulyne is not an accomplished fighter, she needs your help in clearing out a den of necromancers and its undead servants.
She is wearing a chitin cuirass with a matching helm, greaves, and boots. She is also wearing common pants and she is carrying a steel staff. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows the following spells: Saintly Word, Summon Ancestral Ghost, Almsivi Intervention, Tevral's Hawkshaw, Almalexia's Grace, Divine Intervention, and Telekinesis.
