Raynasa Rethan is a Dunmer nightblade who will take up residence at Rethan Manor after you have built your stronghold for either House Redoran or House Telvanni (she will not appear if you belong to House Hlaalu). In either case, you will be instructed to kill her. Although Raynasa is the owner of Rethan Manor, she is not a member of House Hlaalu.
